Returns & Warranty Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from GlideVape. Below you will find our policies on returning vape-sæt, consumables, and claiming warranties.

Unwanted Items (14 Days)

Changed your mind? You can return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Items must be in original, sealed packaging.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Faulty / Damaged Items

If your device is dead on arrival (DOA) or develops a fault, we will replace it free of charge.

  • Vape Mods/Kits: 3-6 Month Warranty (Manufacturer dependent).
  • Disposables: Must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
  • We cover the return shipping for faulty goods.

⚠️ Important Hygiene Policy

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items if the seal has been broken or the packaging opened:

E-Liquids (Opened) Disposable Vapes (Opened) Coils & Pods (Consumables)

*Exceptions are made only if the item is deemed faulty upon arrival.

How to Return an Item

Contact Support

Email us at [email protected] with your Order Number and description of the issue (photos/videos help for faulty items).

Receive Authorization

Our team will review your request. If approved, we will send you an RMA number and return address.

Pack & Send

Pack the items securely. Once received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed within 3-5 days.
